Effective as of December 1, 2009, a new Federal Trade Commission (FTC) ruling requires that all internet marketers that work on a commission basis convey a disclosure. I am an affiliate marketer to some of the various companies I link to on this site. However, I have not been given any free products or received any monetary payment for any reviews. While it is my intention to receive commissions from these companies, and if a sale does occur I do receive a commission, I carefully select any and all companies I link to and believe them to be in full compliance with the FTC guidelines and laws.
